For as long as I can remember I will pace around the house when I’m on the phone, talking to my family or just trying to think through an idea.
So why do I pace around so much? Because the mind and body work together, movement helps your brain make better connections and have more clarity. I can’t quite remember where I read that but as soon as I did everything just made perfect sense, I am able to talk better when pacing, I think through ideas much better when I am going for a walk and it just helps me think in general.
